Can I re-pot my recently re-potted yucca & draconnia ?

I bought both at a supermarket and they were sitting in pots that had 2-3 in of water in them. I used Miracle grow soil but I didn't untangle the root or add small pebbles to the soil .Will it hurt to redo them or should I leave them for a while? Re potted 1 week ago. thanks
