Can a team come back from 20 points down in a minute in basketball?

Me and my brother were arguing whether or not a team can come back if they're down 20 points with one minute left. I think a team can come back if Tracy McGrady scored 13 points in 35 seconds but my brother thinks otherwise. what do you think?
