VERY Confused!!!?

Did you have to write out the text? Is the text your logo? If it is your logo then it should be copywrited seperately. That way you can use it anywhere not just on the image you came up with. You should protect anything you can. Do you remember when the World Wrestling Federation had to change their name because there already was a WWF? They had been using it for so long it wasn't funny, but the other WWF had their name trademarked. Hope this helps.
