Why SUPREME court has legalized *Live Together* in a country like INDIA!!!!?

cause india is growing...its not the india of 16th century this is the india where people excercise their personal freedoms even if the societal norms are against it...imagine...before it wasnt legal for women to vote..to exercise their freedom...that changed even tough it was against societal norms...samething...the question here is of the womens freedom to be or not to be married to the man...it should be her decision cause noone can be a better judge of her options than the woman herself...
