Do you think you can power a circuit using a phones battery?

Most cellphone batteries are pretty low current which means they wont be able to power very much. In addition 4.7 volts is pretty low (3 AA batteries) and they are also VERY expensive compared to disposable batteries. If you created a a circuit that needed the same voltage and amperage as a phone battery it would work tho.
