of course u can buy it in orange county area. I live in irvine so i definitely know where you can buy them. Go to Mitsuwa in costa mesa (mitsuwa.com for directions) they carry them and have all the different colors for 10 bucks. you also can go to diamond plaza off of jamboree street and there is a korean beauty place where they carry them as well.
