Help me I have a hair burn?

Okay so i got a perm on sunday and the lady didnt use vasline on my neck so she left the perm in longer then what my mom usually use it in ! Now my neck is burnt and itsz peeling into red and black . It is about 2-3 inches. Also she burnt the side of my hair above my ear. Should i take it out saturday and try 2 wash it gently . (my mom says soo) Itsz painful but i can still move my neck more. I cant going too school lke this some kids says my hair will fall out and im getting really scared !! helpp pleasee:(
