Looking for Dresden Plate pattern for afghan (crochet)?

Afghan pattern in The Workbasket of the October 1964 issue. The pattern is for the Dresden Plate pattern for afghan.it is made with Remember Ben Franklin for Remember yarn. I am just looking for the pattern.
