Should I teach my friend how to snowboard?

I was going to teach her last year, but she didn't want to because she wanted to hang out with her boyfriend instead. Since then I've talked to her about snowboarding and she said word for word, "well, snowboarding is gay!" and I was seriously offended by that (since snowboarding is the one thing I truly love and will go to extreme limits just to get in one run, even if that one run is icy or just really crappy) now she wants me to teach her now...? I haven't really hung out with her that much and she's not really one of my best friends any more since she's always such a ***** one moment to me then acts like she loves me the next... Should I still teach her or what?
