Any doctors out there...i'm a 16 year old teen and recently?

I've been having back pain...no big deal right? well then it started to get worse. i really couldn't do some of the things i wanted to with out feeling comfortable...so my doc prescribed..tramadol (a narcotic like pain and muscle reliever) no work at all. back became worse...so then I got an x ray....nothing was wrong..no herniated disk or anything...so then she prescribed flexeril (a stronger muscle reliever) one night...I woke up at 3 in the morning because the pain was so bad..i couldn't help but scream. and i have a high tolerance of pain...so then when i contimued both the tramadol and flexeril...i felt better. pain was almost gone....and i was happy...until I couldn't even bend down...or turn..without my back spasming and cramping. like seriously..i just had a hugh muscle spasm.and i almost blacked out...please has anyone experienced this before? i'm seeing the doctor...again for the 4th time. I'm just a teen :/ and i used to be very active until this.
