Fish tank filter help?!?!?

i recently purchased a new fish tank.its a 20 gallon..i got the fish tank kit. but i dont like the filter cuz i think its a rather cheapy one..its a tetra whisper filter...i was wanting to purchase a new filter. the marineland Penguin Power Filter 350 Gph ..i heard that its a great filter to have and keeps the water chrystal clear. is that filter good enough for my 20 gallon tank? ......oh, and if any of u have theis filter can u tell me ur experiences, if u liked it etc.... thank you ..
